ROADIS PEOPLE & CULTURE

ROADIS has a team of more than 2,800 professionals

who work hard each day to connect millions of people worldwide.

OUR NEW CULTURAL MODEL

In 2020, ROADIS thoroughly reviewed its culture, which has led us to identify our essence, the personality of our organisation.

During this process, which had started in 2019, we defined our purpose, our beliefs and the behaviours desired among our team members. This has been a collaborative process, involving almost 70% of our organisation, through workshops, interviews and surveys.

    EASYWORKING 2020 PROGRAMME

For more than a year now, we have been implementing our easyworking programme to promote a work-life balance. Without a doubt, this has been a trend during the pandemic. We have taken the opportunity to review this programme and adapt it to the circumstances. As the COVID-19 situation improves, we will continue to develop this flexible working programme.

  • ROADIS TEAM COVID-19 RESPONSE

    ROADIS TEAM COVID-19 RESPONSE

Since the beginning of the pandemic, at ROADIS, as in all families and organisations, we have worked to adapt to the circumstances. This is a very asymmetrical crisis, and the countries in which we operate have experienced the various COVID-19 waves differently. The spirit of our initiatives is always the same: to protect the health of our team members and our families. While in some countries we have facilitated medicine and resources, in others we are living the #ROADISbacktotheoffice campaign. We always make our work spaces as safe as possible (partitions between workspaces, limited workers in meeting rooms, protective masks, etc.). In addition, in Spain, we have joined the sumamos plan, by carrying out weekly COVID-19 antigen tests on all team members.
