ROADIS PEOPLE & CULTURE
ROADIS has a team of more than 2,800 professionals
who work hard each day to connect millions of people worldwide.
OUR NEW CULTURAL MODEL
In 2020, ROADIS thoroughly reviewed its culture, which has led us to identify our essence, the personality of our organisation.
During this process, which had started in 2019, we defined our purpose, our beliefs and the behaviours desired among our team members. This has been a collaborative process, involving almost 70% of our organisation, through workshops, interviews and surveys.

ROADIS’s purpose
Our purpose is to create value in communities where we operate through profitable investments and the operation of major infrastructure projects across the world.
This purpose is based on the four essential attributes of our brand:
Prosperity
Through our projects we create sustainable value wherever we are. Respecting the environment, we encourage economic development and social growth, creating jobs and connecting people
Safety
We develop safe infrastructure projects for our employees and customers.
Ethics
We invest and manage projects and adhere to the strictest ethical principles. Our investors and shareholders, authorities, users and employees trust us.
Innovation
Our work is the result of a relentless pursuit of excellence and the drive for innovation. Excellence and innovation goes hand-in-hand in the way that we tackle our business, processes and policies.

ROADIS's beliefs and behaviour
Beliefs: these are the principles that inspire and guide our work each day at ROADIS. They are the foundation of the contract between ROADIS and its team; and they are respected above all.
Behaviour: these are the behaviours that reflect our beliefs each day. They are the way of thinking, talking and acting by the members of the ROADIS team.
We keep moving forward...
